- Improved the route map in workout details, so your route is easier to see
- Each heart rate zone shows its share of the whole workout
- Grok and Muse are listed on the Connection page
2.1.2
- Fixed an issue with recovery score notifications
2.1.1
- More reliable morning notifications Your morning recovery score and other notifications now arrive after you unlock your iPhone, even if you haven’t opened Somvia
- Today updates sooner Scores appear on Today as soon as they’re calculated, and score cards no longer show “Couldn’t update” while an update is still running
2.1.0
- A redesigned interface Today, Training, workout details and Trends have a new design that brings scores, charts and key readings together, making your daily check-in and workout review easier
- Easier training comparisons Compare workout count, duration, distance and elevation gain with the same period last year, or explore your totals by month
- More workout detail New heart rate zones and split data let you compare pace, heart rate, cadence and power across a session
- Three optional notifications Get a morning recovery score, a reminder to add a workout note, or an alert for several days of unusual resting heart rate or HRV. Control each type separately
- Personal sleep need Estimated sleep need now takes your age and recorded sleep into account
2.0.2
- English (UK) fixed. With the iPhone set to English (UK) or a related English, such as English (India) or English (Australia), 2.0.1 showed internal labels like “tab.today” instead of the real text. Every screen now reads correctly again.
2.0.1
- Falling asleep earlier than usual is no longer flagged. The sleep alert now only reacts to nights that fall short of your usual.
- Now in English (UK).
2.0.0
- Somvia now scores your training. Every number is estimated on your iPhone from the workouts and nightly readings already in Apple Health, using published sport-science models. Nothing is asked of a second device.
- Today. Recovery score, sleep score, HRV status, recovery time and training status each morning, with a one-line summary of how they relate. Any score opens to show the readings it came from and how far each sits from your own usual.
- Every workout scored. Load, training effect, performance deviation and heart-rate drift for each session, with splits and the heart-rate curve. Interval sessions keep their segments. Running, walking and cycling are labelled indoor or outdoor the way Apple records them, and Apple's effort rating is shown where it exists.
- Threshold and race predictions. Threshold pace and heart rate from your own sustained efforts, critical power for rides, and predicted times from 5 km to the marathon. A 12-minute effort now qualifies alongside longer ones. Health Details lets you enter your own max heart rate or thresholds, and what you enter takes precedence.
- Trends. Cardio fitness, heart-rate recovery, long-term load against this week's volume, weight and body fat, over three months, six months or a year, each card with a sentence on where it is heading.
- Training. A year of sessions on one heatmap, hours per month and the year's totals, with no logging by hand.
- Alerts. A card on Today when resting heart rate sits above your usual for several mornings, when HRV falls below your range, or after a week of short sleep.
- Upload is now a switch, off by default. The app works in full without it; scores stay on your iPhone. Turn it on from the Connection tab to let your Agent read them over MCP, choose by category what is shared, and delete the data on the server at any time while keeping your account. Existing users who were already syncing stay on.
- Memory across Agents. Goals, injuries, medication and preferences live with your account and are read by any Agent you connect. Notes can be attached to a session.
- Health access will be asked once more. Somvia now reads date of birth and biological sex to estimate maximum heart rate and training load. Both are used on your iPhone only and are never uploaded.
- Models used. Load follows Banister's training impulse and Coggan's stress scores; thresholds follow the 20-minute and 30-minute field methods; race times follow Daniels and Gilbert; critical power follows Monod and Scherrer; cardio-fitness percentiles use the 2022 FRIEND reference standards, which is why they can differ from the Health app's, which uses the 2015 set.
1.2.1
- Smoother syncing at the lock screen. Background syncing after the phone locks is now more reliable, so syncs no longer stop midway when iOS interrupts them.
- More complete workout details. Workout records now pull in their data more completely, including corrected split distances.
1.2.0
- Incremental syncs. Syncs now handle only what is new or changed — unchanged sleep and workout data is skipped — so they're faster and use less data.
- Faster workout lists. Workout summaries are cached and built concurrently, so the app opens and scrolls faster.
- Release notes in the app. After an update, Somvia briefly shows what changed.
1.1.0
- More dependable syncing. Health syncing keeps working even when iOS interrupts background work; workout and sleep detail uploads resume automatically.
- Recoverable purchases. Purchases and restores recover more reliably after connection interruptions.
- Workout markers preserved. Manual markers you add during a workout stay intact in its details.
1.0.0
- Initial release. Sync the Apple Health measurements you choose — sleep and sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate, steps, energy, and workouts with splits and time series — to a private remote MCP endpoint.
- Connect any compatible client. Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, and other OAuth-capable clients sign in with Apple; headless and local agents like OpenClaw and Hermes use a private access token issued in the app.
- Sign in with Apple everywhere. Reinstalls and new devices recover the same account, data, and subscription.
